The sheltered F Block is planted to mature Gingin vines on shallow, rocky soils with a high proportion of white clay, producing naturally low yields and fruit with remarkable concentration, acidity and mineral definition. The wine shows crisp orchard fruit, white peach and nectarine alongside orange blossom, flint, grilled cashew and subtle spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eOn the palate, it is powerful yet finely sculpted, with vibrant acidity supporting layers of white peach, nectarine, pear and citrus. Orange blossom and delicate floral notes add aromatic lift, while grilled cashew, gentle spice and subtle flinty characters bring savoury complexity. A pronounced chalky mineral texture gives the wine tension and shape, keeping the concentrated fruit focused rather than heavy. Whole-bunch pressing, wild fermentation and ten months on lees in French oak, including a portion of new barrels, add depth and polish while allowing the vineyard character to remain at the centre.
