Natural ferment occurred in older French oak barrels. The wine was left to unwind and age slowly on its ferment lees to add generosity and complexity. After 6 months the wine was racked and filtered prior to bottling in September 2025.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLifted aromas of spiced pear, citrus, melon and musk stick. Mouth-filling, with a lovely drive of pithy citrus, baked apple and crunchy acidity.
