The 2024 crop here was tiny; 2025 gave a little more fruit and the same tight, mineral style.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlanted in 1984 at 620 metres on a south-west slope of shallow quartz rubble over siltstone, sandstone and clay, to the Entav 84 clone. Picked 9 March 2025, whole-bunch pressed, settled overnight and racked to French oak (25% new) for twelve months, then rested in tank. Bottled 16 June 2026; 2,717 bottles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLime, white peach and fennel seed over a stony mineral line.
