Fermented in demi-muids and foudre with extended lees ageing, the wine leans toward texture, minerality and savoury complexity rather than overt richness. The nose shows white peach, grapefruit and lemon curd alongside nougat, hazelnut, alpine herbs and subtle saline notes. There’s a distinctive savoury, almost fino-like character that gives the wine plenty of personality and depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the palate, it is medium-bodied with creamy lees texture balanced by bright citrus acidity and mineral freshness.
