The nose shows lemon blossom, green apple, pear and quince alongside citrus peel, hay, white flowers, beeswax and flinty mineral notes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eOn the palate, it is generous and layered with taut acidity and a glossy, textural mouthfeel. Indigenous fermentation takes place in barrel, followed by 12 months on lees in French oak barriques and older puncheons, with only 10% new oak.
