Following a gentle, cool semi-carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts, the wine matures for one year in seasoned barrels. Aromas of fresh cherry, raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry are joined by floral notes, liquorice, subtle mint, sweet spice and woodland nuances.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOn the palate, it is supple, precise and beautifully fluid, with vivid red fruit supported by silky tannins and refreshing acidity.
