The presence, the power. Peanut brittle meets chicken salt, fennel or cumin almost, macadamia nut, wet clay-earthy type of aroma, gingerbread and preserved lemons. Long finish. Underlying fruit sweetness or ripeness is heavily laced with white amaro bitterness, something like Lillet Blanc. Oh, yes, one more sip, please. Side note: For 2023 Campbell mentions it’s sherry-like, and stony, and floral, and briny. For 2020 Mike says the mojo is high.
