Sourced from two north-facing parcels in the windswept Bentrock Vineyard, it shows white flowers, lime zest and citrus with white-fleshed fruit, graphite and a distinctive saline mineral character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eOn the palate, it is concentrated yet energetic, with bright citrus, vibrant acidity and a silky texture leading to a long, stony and lightly saline finish.
