A small 2% addition of Viognier is co-fermented with the Shiraz, adding aromatic lift to dark cherry, boysenberry and plum with dried flowers, pepper, herbs and gentle spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eOn the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied with concentrated berry and plum fruit, fresh acidity and fine, granitic tannins.
