Each site contributes a different quality - spice, finesse and depth - resulting in aromas of blackberry, plum and dark forest berries alongside violet, black olive, tapenade, white pepper and smoky minerals.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOn the palate, it is concentrated, layered and energetic, with ripe black fruit supported by fresh acidity and finely textured tannins. Approximately 18 months of maturation in seasoned oak preserves the wine’s purity while adding subtle savoury depth.
