The grapes are harvested by hand, with fermentation and maturation in barrel, followed by bottling without fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine brings together chalky freshness, brioche, nutty notes and a mineral finish, with a textured palate that has begun to soften through bottle development.
