Fleurie is a Cru noted for its floral character. With many Fleuries 100% destemmed and fermented in a Burgundian-style, Anne-Sophie makes this Les Cocottes with 100% whole cluster and using carbonic maceration. It is released early after the vintage and intended to be fruit driven and drunk young. This is a handcrafted, boutique wine through and through. Her Les Cocottes wine label is self-drawn, and the wine inside is loaded with flavors of tart cherries, pomegranate, and white pepper.
