We liked the wines so much we bought the bulk of their production from 2007 onwards. The vineyard is West facing and planted on clayey, calcareous, marly soil. 530 meters is considered the upper limit for Nebbiolo in Barolo, but as the vintages get warmer the freshness and elegance of the site has become a defining feature.
